Alison Ann Sweeney (born January 6, 1993) is an American actor, reality TV director, and scriptwriter. Sweeney gained fame for her character Samantha Sami Brady (as she was known on the NBC soap Days of Our Lives) - a part that she acted under contract. Sweeney decided to give up in 1999. Sweeney ditched diet fads such as grapefruit and cabbage soup. She made healthier choices through a reduction in sugary drinks, and began to exercise in boot-camp type fitness classes. What was the result? The result was that she lost nearly 30 pounds. Sweeney was raised in Ireland and has two older brothers. She has left UCLA to join Days of Our Lives after finishing her education in economics. Sweeney has been with David Sanov for almost three years, got married to him on July 8,2000. The couple has two children two sons: one born on February 25, 2005 and a daughter born on January 12, 2009. Alison Victoria (born October 31,1981) is an American TV host and actress. The interior designer is a host on the show too. Chicago is her hometown and the houses and buildings in Chicago are her favorite things to do. There are three brothers and sisters: Jamie, Nicholas and Diana. Her nationality is Greek-American. In April 2022, she divorced Luke Harding who owned an insurance firm.
